UK Delivery Options

Whatever you buy and wherever you live, Ashbrook Roofing Supplies offer all our UK customers a wide range of delivery options. We’re even able to serve most regions of the UK with a next day service if you place your order before 2.00pm.

• Standard delivery on orders placed before 2pm (2-3 days)
• Morning Express (a.m next working day)
• Afternoon Express (p.m next working day)
• Super Express (before 09.30 a.m next working day)
• Saturday Express (before 09.30 a.m Saturday)

Prior to shipment, we’ll let you know of our estimated date of delivery. Don’t worry if you have made other plans or find this inconvenient. If you can let us know a day in advance we’ll work with you to find a better alternative.

Delivery arrangements

We’ll always try our hardest to get your goods to you at the first attempt. To ensure that everything goes smoothly on the day, please consider the following:

• Remember that most roofing materials are of a large, heavy or fragile nature. Please check that you have the space and necessary manpower / machinery to receive the vehicle and offload the goods.
• We’ll need you to sign for and check the goods at the time of delivery.
• Our vehicles will deliver to the nearest maintained roadside to your property.
• We’ll make smaller deliveries in a van and larger orders on a lorry. If there is restricted access to your delivery address, let us know and we can arrange for a more suitable vehicle to bring your order.
• Our drivers are booked on a constant round of deliveries which means they may not return to our yard. Currently we’re unable to take back packaging materials (such as wrapping, boxes or empty pallets) on our vehicles.

Delivery costs

Our carriage costs are simply based on your delivery postcode, the weight of your consignment, and the delivery service you choose.

We think it important that you are able to view accurate carriage charges at any stage of your order - even before you start the checkout process. We'll automatically provide you you with an esitmate of your delivery costs (based on delivery to mainland England using our standard 2-3 day delivery option) as you enter products into your shopping basket. To see a 100% accurate figure based on your delivery address, simply follow the short instructions at the bottom of the "View Basket" page and enter the postocde of your delivery address where indicated.

You are also welcome to collect your goods in person from our sales yard in Matlock, Derbyshire.
