Delivery

Ashbrook Roofing offers delivery to all United Kingdom postcodes excluding the Highlands, Islands and Ireland.

Delivery expectation for orders placed before 2.00pm are:

  • Standard 2-3 working days
  • Express: Next working day
  • Pallet Delivery: 3-5 working days
  • Click and Collect: Orders will be ready for collection in 48 hours
  • Drop Ship: 3-7 working days (Supplier dependant)

Prior to shipment we will let you know of our estimated date of delivery. Don’t worry if you have made other plans or find this inconvenient. If you can let us know a day in advance, we’ll work with you to find a better alternative.

Delivery arrangements

We’ll always try our hardest to get your goods to you at the first attempt. To ensure that everything goes smoothly on the day, please consider the following:

Standard Delivery & Express Delivery

  • We will always try and provide a tracking number for your delivery.
  • If your order is over £65 in value, we will require that someone over the age of 18 is available to accept the goods.
  • If there is a safe place that the item can be left, please let us know prior to delivery by emailing: customerservices@ashbrookroofing.co.uk. These items are left at your risk.

Pallet Delivery

  • We will get in contact with you to agree a suitable delivery date where someone will be in to accept the delivery – please ensure your contact details are up to date.
  • Pallet delivery is a tail lift kerbside delivery and will be delivered to the nearest roadside to your property.
  • Pallets cannot be placed on a gravel driveway.
  • Please let us know if there are any access issues – e.g narrow roads, restricted weight so that we can work with the couriers accordingly.
  • As we work with nationwide carriers, we cannot take back pallets or packaging.

Click and Collect

  • We will provide you with a Collection Reference Number and date goods will be ready for collection via email, please ensure your details are up to date.
  • You will need to provide the Collection Reference Number and a form of ID when collecting your goods.
  • Remember that most roofing materials are of a large, heavy or fragile nature. Please check that you have the space and are able to transport goods safety. (e.g a standard Hatchback will not manage 500 slates)

Dropship

  • Delivery times are dependant upon the supplier e.g Velux is typically a 3 working day lead-time whilst Coroline is 7 working days.
  • The suppliers transport may wish to contact you with an e.t.a. for delivery, so please ensure your contact details are up to date.

Inspection of goods and signature requirements

  • Your order will need to be checked at the point of delivery and any damages/missing items should be reported to the driver and recorded when signing for your order.
  • Any damages/missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery being received.

Delivery costs

  • Standard 2-3 working days
    • Orders under £50 are £3.95, all orders over £50 are free
  • Express: Next working day
    • One day delivery is £15
  • Pallet Delivery: 3-5 working days
    • Pallets vary in price based on the product.
  • Click and Collect: Orders will be ready for collection within 48 hours
    • Free of Charge
  • Drop Ship: 3-7 working days (Supplier dependant)
    • Drop ship orders are subject to a £20 delivery charge
