Ashbrook Roofing offers FREE or EXPRESS delivery to United Kingdom postcodes excluding the Highlands, Islands and Ireland.
Delivery expectation for orders placed before 2.00pm are:
- Standard (FREE): 2-3 working days
- Express: Next working day
Prior to shipment, we’ll let you know of our estimated date of delivery. Don’t worry if you have made other plans or find this inconvenient. If you can let us know a day in advance we’ll work with you to find a better alternative.

We’ll always try our hardest to get your goods to you at the first attempt. To ensure that everything goes smoothly on the day, please consider the following:
- Remember that most roofing materials are of a large, heavy or fragile nature. Please check that you have the space and necessary manpower / machinery to receive the vehicle and offload the goods.
- Our vehicles will deliver to the nearest maintained roadside to your property.
- We’ll make smaller deliveries in a van and larger orders on a lorry. If there is restricted access to your delivery address, let us know and we can arrange for a more suitable vehicle to bring your order.
- Our drivers are booked on a constant round of deliveries which means they may not return to our yard. Currently we’re unable to take back packaging materials (such as wrapping, boxes or empty pallets) on our vehicles.
- Please ensure that your contact telephone details are up to date prior to order.

Inspection of goods and signature requirements
- Your order will need to be checked at point of delivery and any damages/missing items reported to the driver and recorded when signing for your order.
- Any damages/missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery being received.
There are no additional delivery costs unless you wish to take advantage of our Express Delivery Service.
You are also welcome to collect your goods in person from our sales yard in Matlock, Derbyshire - no delivery charges will be applied.
