Using the same top-quality wooden frame as VELUX’s classic, lacquered pine windows the new white painted range offers a superb, factory-painted finish. This gives the frame’s surface a delicately textured natural grain. As well as enhancing the ‘designer look’ the brilliant white finish also reflects much more light than a natural wood window frame.

VELUX white-painted windows are finished with premium quality, water-based paint. This allows the timber frame to breathe. The pigment is UV resistant to ensure that the frames don’t fade in bright sunlight.

With special, anti-fungal additives in the paint, VELUX white-painted windows are built for minimal maintenance and lasting good looks. VELUX also have a special Maintenance Kit that can be used to keep your white painted windows as good as new!
